One month ago, all at once I got 'This device cannot start (Code 10)' for my PS/2 keyboard (which came with my system), and my USB keyboard reported 'This device is working properly' but it was totally non-responsive. I've been trying one fix after another, nothing worked, I found your file addressing (Code 39) and thought I might as well try. I went through the steps of the Manual Fix and found nothing, so I downloaded the Automatic fix AND IT WORKED! You are the BEST!
