One month ago, all at once I got &#039;This device cannot start (Code 10)&#039; for my PS/2 keyboard (which came with my system), and my USB keyboard reported &#039;This device is working properly&#039; but it was totally non-responsive.  I&#039;ve been trying one fix after another, nothing worked,  I found your file addressing (Code 39) and thought I might as well try.  I went through the steps of the Manual Fix and found nothing, so I downloaded the Automatic fix AND IT WORKED!  You are the BEST!</description>
