		<description>As suggested by Intuit, deleted driver but wouldn&#039;t reinstall.  Deleted QuickBooks Pro 2009 and re-installed on laptop running XP.  Still couldn&#039;t send email.  Went through both methods 1 and 2 with no change.  Deleted driver as suggested by Intuit and tried a repair process through Control Panel but driver wouldn&#039;t install.  Went to C: Program Files/Intuit/Quickbooks Pro 2009 and ran install.exe and notice installation for 3.03 driver wouldn&#039;t install because of missing files.  Got resolution by downloading and installing 4.0 driver from www.amyuni.com website for 30 day trial and following method 2.  This is the driver Intuit should be providing.</description>
