My name is Ryan Adams. I attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems). I’m currently employed as a data security auditor for a bank fraud prevention company as well as the webmaster/developer of several web. Previously I ran Black Diamond IT Services which provided consulting and tech support services to individuals and businesses across the United States.
Unlike most blogs, I started this site to be about YOU, not me. The posts you will find here are not (generally) about my personal life. Instead, this site focuses on technology related problems I’ve encounter, and the solutions I’ve come up with for those problems. This is by no means a general “tech support” site, or a universal manual. My hope is that readers will find my pages helpful in resolving specific, unique issues.
